We would love to have every customer boast about their shopping experience with our company so this is our way of saying  "Thank You."

How do I earn BBG points?

Once your order has been shipped, your account will accumulate 1 BBG point for every $ you spend on our products. You can redeem your points at a rate of 5 cent per point !  Please note that points will not be awarded if any discounts are used on your order.

How do I know how many BBG points I have?

• • Log into your BambooGaming.com account
• • You should see "Loyalty Points Summary" right on the page.
  

How do I use my BBG points to pay or help pay for an order?

• • Log into your account
• • Add items to your cart
• • Click "View Basket" , you will see the points redeem page on the top.
• • Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
• • Click "Redeem"
• • If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will show you the balance that you need to pay.

How do I know how much BBG points I have earned per order?

• • Log into your account
• • Click on "Orders History"
• • Select which order you want to look up.
• • There you will see the Points Earned for this Order and any Points Applied for a discount.
