Free Shipping Terms
- The Free Shipping (Registered air mail) usually takes 10-14 business days to arrive , but it could be delay and might take up to 30 days to arrive.
- We will only start the tracking process if the package did not arrive after 14 business days.
- Customers must allow us 2 weeks to tracking the package. If we are not able to find the package after 2 weeks, we will re-sent the order or refund the money.
- Customers must inform us within 60 days after shipment if they DID NOT receive the package ,because after 60 days period the package will not be traceable.
Warranty
All product sold by our company are warranted against any defects in materials and / or manufacture in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- We provide 12 months warranty for all the products on our website after the date of invoice/shipping date.
- Defect or damage of the product caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration will not be covered by this warranty.
- The repair of any defect or replacement of any parts does not result in any extension of the warranty period.
Return Policy (Return needs to send to our address in Australia)
- Return only for faulty goods.
- Do not remove any warranty label on the product.
- If the item is defective. We will send back a new replacement after we tested the defective item.
- Buyer is responsible for all return charges. We will be responsible for all shipping charges of sending back to buyer.
- You must fill in our return form and send it back with your item together.
- Please contact us before you sending the faulty goods.
Refund
Cash refund is available within 30 days after the date of invoice/shipping date. However, there is a 15% re-stocking fee need to be charged.
Packaging
In order to keep the shipment as small as possible, we do not ship any outside packaging, such as "Paper Boxes".
